Account Manager

  • Report directly to Director of Sales (DOS)
    • Manage Contract Volume of 5-7 of our largest customers (A-Level)
    • May include smaller customer regions that together amount to equivalent of A Level
  • Manage contracts for A-Level business customers
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships 
    • Contract Negotiations (with involvement from DOS)
    • Price Increases
    • Contract Renewals
    • Contract Extensions
  • Account Manager travel and entertainment budget
  • Manage a team of Subject Matter Experts within larger A-Level customers
    • Lead weekly meetings
    • Liasion between Customer Solutions and Operations
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for other A-B Level customers where SME is not needed
  • Strategize with DOS on how to grow revenue on existing customer base
    • Forecasting 
    • Achieve revenue targets
    • Identify new strategies to increase offering to existing customers Contracted Services
